The Real Reason UT had Headset Problems. . .

I am not sure if this story is true, but it sure is entertaining. Supposedly Tennessee had headset problems, and Kiffin was quick to blame Bama of sabotage. An article released from the Capstone Report is saying that the problem was that Tennessee had plugged to many electrical devices including the headsets into the same generator causing the electricity to fail on their bench. Supposedly Alabama provides more than one generator to keep this problem from happening, but Tennessee opted to use just one.

And I apologize for writing more about Tennessee because that game is over and in the past, but it is hard to pass up the antics of Lane Kiffin.  The press has tried to bait him into a response regarding his reprimand from SEC Commissioner Mike Slive, but he is holding his tongue for now. I predict that he will be suspended before the 2009 Season is over.

And with all the commotion and drama this year, I would have to say the 2009 Saban Effect is having the defeated Coach whine like baby after the game (Last year's Saban Effect was the defeated Coach getting Fired).
